Grace offers many opportunities to care for and support one another as we journey together.  This care and support can be a crucial part of one's road to wholeness, and we are blessed to be here to support our community!

The information below will give you a brief overview of the support groups at Grace.  The times vary and many of the groups have a specific number of weeks that they run.  For more information and meeting times, please contact the church office and someone will gladly help you.  Meeting times may also be found on the Calendar page of this site.

Support Groups @ Grace

Care Giver’s Support
Care Giver’s Support is aimed at those who are experiencing the stress and frustration of caring for a loved one who is long-term disabled. The bi-monthly meetings not only give the caregivers a break from the constant pressures of caring, but also give practical advice on where to get outside support or how to handle the stress they experience.

Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministry is an individualized support system where a trained Stephen Minister is coupled with a person who is going through a traumatic period in his/her life.

Divorce Care
Divorce Care is a thirteen-week Christian based program to support those going through, having gone through, or are anticipating going through the grief of a divorce. The program deals with various aspects of divorce (emotions, health, finances, moving on) and fosters discussion and exploration of what each individual is presently going through. Participants encourage and support one another & are shown how God still loves & care for them through this difficult time in their lives.

Weigh Down Workshop
Weigh Down is a twelve-week program in how to manage weight. It is based on the principles of the Bible and God’s plan for all of us to have a healthy, productive body. Each session gives practical suggestions on how to listen and hear what God is saying through our bodies to keep us healthy. Our focus is taken off of food and on to the praise of Heavenly Father, who truly knows how our bodies work.
